ABOUT US

The practice was founded in 1978 and has been in existence ever since. Its founding members, Lionel Taiz and Joel Michael Skikne, are no longer in practice, the practice having been taken over by Rael Zimerman in 2003.

The practice was previously based in Germiston on the east Rand, but moved to Fairmount Johannesburg in 2017.

The practice is a general legal practice and is able to handle client’s varied legal requirements as we have a range of legal expertise within our office. We specialize in High Court and Magistrate Court Litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, Road Accident Fund and Personal Injury Claims, Notarial Services, Conveyancing Services and Criminal Law.
